- Limited accommodations for guest pets (due to owner's allergies/stairs and rugs) Small - medium dogs/ cats with cages
- DOGGIE DAY CARE available two blocks away - M-FRI
- Children ( days to years old) are welcome (Approval from innkeeper required based on room/floor & dates) COTS available at $15
- No childcare is provided or accessible as of 10/08
- Deposit amount required (Bookings of 2-3 days require a one night deposit upon booking by credit card/check/MO. Longer than 3 days, pls ask. Corporate accts with PO & copy of CC.

Avid antique collector , active in historic restoration and projects. Restoring OLD is a livetime hobby and evidenced by 25 years of restoring this property. Well versed in Philadelphia history and local events, ask upon reserving for updates on current tours, exhibits, etc., and if you have any special interests.
